About Trish

I've spent my career helping organizations and leaders navigate complexity.

As a Chief Financial Officer, First Sergeant, and consultant, I've worked in environments where decisions matter, accountability is expected, and clarity is essential. My experience spans finance, operations, leadership, and organizational development across highly regulated industries, including affordable housing and insurance.

Over the years, I've led accounting transformations, organizational turnarounds, system conversions, and process improvement initiatives. I've worked with executive teams, boards, managers, and frontline staff to solve problems, align priorities, and build systems that support long-term success.

But titles and accomplishments tell only part of the story.

My work is grounded in a simple belief:

Leadership is stewardship and growing people through intentional action aligned with examined values.

Whether I'm working with an organization facing operational challenges or an individual navigating a leadership decision, my focus remains the same: helping people move from confusion to clarity and from reaction to intentional action.

The name Telos comes from the ancient Greek word meaning purpose, ultimate aim, or intended end.

Everything I do is built around that idea.

When people understand what they are aiming toward, examine the values that guide them, and align their actions accordingly, better decisions follow. Organizations become healthier. Leaders become more effective. People grow.

Beyond the Office

I am a wife, mother, grandmother, military leader, lifelong learner, and aspiring farmer. Many of the lessons that shape my leadership philosophy were learned far from a boardroom—in military service, raising a family, working through adversity, and serving others.

Those experiences continue to reinforce a conviction I hold deeply:

Purpose matters. Values matter. People matter.

And the work worth doing is work that is built to last.
